Where can I receive my order?
It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. – never a PO Box)
Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?
No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times are between 3 to 6 days working days.
How much do I pay for delivery service?
Free shipping with a minimum order of $75.00 CAD (before taxes).
The standard fees are $15.00 CAD for Montreal ( including North Shore and South Shore), $17.50 for urban regions in Quebec and $19.50 for the other regions in Quebec. $22.00 for Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Colombia, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. $45.00 other remote regions.
Returns
- All returns must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment.
- Due to Christmas Time, the returns period for orders placed on or after December 1st will be extended until the 9th of January.
- Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt.
- Please note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund
- COSMECOR inc. reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.
When will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and the packing slip must be included in the box) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank/building society.
