Where can I receive my order?<\/h4>\n

It can be sent to an address selected by you (home, work, etc. \u2013 never a PO Box)<\/p>\n

Can the delivery country be different from the purchase country?<\/h4>\n

No. The delivery country must always be the same country in which the purchase was made.<\/p>\n

How long will my order take to arrive?<\/h4>\n

Delivery times are between 3 to 6 days working days.<\/p>\n

How much do I pay for delivery service?<\/h4>\n

Free shipping with a minimum order of $75.00 CAD (before taxes).<\/p>\n

The standard fees are $15.00 CAD for Montreal ( including North Shore and South Shore), $17.50 for urban regions in Quebec and $19.50 for the other regions in Quebec. $22.00 for Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Colombia, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island. $45.00 other remote regions.<\/p>\n

  • All returns must be made within 1 month of the e-mail confirming shipment.<\/li>\n
  • Due to Christmas Time, the returns period for orders placed on or after December 1st will be extended until the 9th of January.<\/li>\n
  • Items must be in their original condition and you will be required to present the corresponding receipt.<\/li>\n
  • Please note that it is always necessary to have received the merchandise prior to requesting a refund<\/li>\n
  • COSMECOR inc. reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the same condition in which they were received<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    How will I receive my refund?<\/h4>\n

    Once the return has been approved, you will receive your refund via the same means used to make your purchase.<\/p>\n

    When will I receive my refund?<\/h4>\n

    Once the return has been approved (the items have to be in perfect condition and the packing slip must be included in the box) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the refund will be paid into your account within a few days. Remember that payments to your credit card always depend on your bank\/building society.<\/p>\n
